License Terms

Short version: use the assets in your own and your clients' commercial work — including monetized YouTube, sponsored videos, and paid edits. Don't resell, redistribute, or feed them to AI training pipelines.

1. What You Get

When you buy any product from Untold Archives, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the included assets in your own creative projects under the terms below. The license is perpetual — once you buy a pack, your right to use it doesn't expire.

2. Who the License Covers

The standard license covers one editor — you. If you're a freelancer cutting client work, you can use the assets in your client deliverables (the client gets the finished video, you keep the assets). If you're working at a studio or as part of a team where multiple editors will use the files, please reach out for a team license.

3. What You Can Do

• Use the assets in monetized YouTube videos, podcasts, and other content
• Use them in paid client work and freelance projects
• Use them in sponsored content, brand work, and ads
• Modify them — recolor, retime, trim, layer, combine with your own work
• Use them in commercial products you create (films, courses, apps) where the assets are part of the final work, not the product itself
• Use them across as many of your own projects as you want, forever

4. What You Can't Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original asset files — even for free
• Include the original assets in a stock library, asset pack, or template you sell
• Sublicense the assets to anyone else
• Use the assets to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed machine learning or AI models
• Claim authorship of the assets themselves
• Use the assets in projects that promote hate, harassment, or illegal activity

5. Templates and Presets

Templates and presets (.prfpset, .ffx, .aep) can be used in unlimited end-deliverables. The templates themselves cannot be repackaged and resold.

6. Lifetime Updates

When new content is added to a pack you already own, you get it free. Updates are delivered via the same download link or a new email — depending on the product.

7. Team / Studio Licensing

If you need a license that covers multiple editors at the same company, hit the contact page. Team licenses are straightforward and priced fairly per seat.

8. License Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination, you must delete all copies of the licensed files. Work you already published using the assets before termination remains licensed.
