License Terms

Last updated · 5 May 2026

01What you get

When you buy any product from Untold Archives, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the included assets in your own creative projects under the terms below. The license is perpetual: once you buy a pack, your right to use it doesn't expire.

02Who the license covers

The standard license covers one editor. Freelancers may use the assets in client deliverables. The client receives the finished work, the editor keeps the assets. Team or studio use needs a separate team license, available through the contact page.

03What you can do

Use the assets in monetized content on YouTube and podcasts; in paid client and freelance work; in sponsored content and advertising; modified however you like (recolored, retimed, recut); as components of commercial products; and in unlimited personal projects.

04What you can't do

Resell or share the original files; include the assets in stock libraries or resold packs; sublicense them; feed them to machine learning or AI models; claim authorship of them; or use them in projects promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

05Templates and presets

Templates and presets may be used in unlimited deliverables, but the template or preset itself can't be repackaged for resale.

06Lifetime updates

When new content is added to a pack you already own, you get it free, via your existing download link or by email.

07Team / studio licensing

Licenses for multiple editors are available, priced per seat. Reach out through the contact page.

08License termination

Breaching these terms terminates the license automatically, and the files must be deleted. Work you already published under a valid license stays licensed.
