Refund Policy

Last updated · 5 May 2026

The short version: digital products aren't refundable by default once downloaded, but if something is broken, missing, or not as described, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.

01Why digital products are different

Once a file is downloaded, it can't be returned, because possession has already transferred. That's why, like most digital retailers, this store doesn't offer automatic refunds the way physical merchandise does.

02When refunds are available

A full refund applies when: the download link fails and can't be repaired within a reasonable timeframe; the files are corrupted or incomplete relative to the product description; the product materially differs from how it's presented; or a billing error occurred. Request it within 14 days of purchase.

03When refunds aren't available

Changing your mind after downloading; the product working as intended but not suiting your workflow; buying the wrong item (though I'll offer a substitution); or incompatibility with software the product clearly states it doesn't support.

04How to request a refund

Use the contact page. Include the email you ordered with, the purchase date, the product name, and what went wrong. You'll usually hear back within a day or two. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for every sale.

05Chargebacks

Contact me before opening a chargeback. Nearly everything can be resolved directly, and chargebacks cost time and money on both sides when a straight answer would have fixed it.

06Bundle refunds

Partial refunds on a bundle may be possible depending on what went wrong. Get in touch and we'll sort out the specific component.
