Short version: digital products aren't refundable by default once downloaded, but if something is broken, missing, or not as described, email me and I'll fix it or refund you. No fine print games.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, it can't really be "returned" — you already have the files. This is why most digital storefronts (and our policy) don't offer no-questions-asked refunds the way physical goods do.
I'll refund you fully in any of these cases:
Reach out within 14 days of purchase for any of the above.
Email through the contact page with:
I read every message and usually reply within a day or two. I'd rather make it right than just refund you, so please give me a chance to fix the issue first.
Please contact me before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider. Chargebacks cost everyone time and money, and most issues can be resolved directly in a few hours.
If you bought a bundle and want to refund only one component, get in touch — depending on the situation I may be able to refund the difference between the bundle price and the remaining items at full price.
