By accessing or using untoldarchives.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Untold Archives operates as a sole proprietorship producing documentary content and running a digital marketplace. The Site sells digital production assets (video overlays, sound effects, presets, templates, and scripting templates) intended for use by editors and content creators.

Products are delivered digitally via an emailed download link, typically instantly. If you don't receive your link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then reach out via the contact page.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes are added at checkout based on your location. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

Purchases grant a license to use the assets in commercial and personal projects, including monetized videos and paid client work. You may not resell the files, redistribute them, sublicense them, or use them to train machine learning systems. The full terms live on the License page.

All content on the Site is owned by Untold Archives or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright. A purchase grants a license only; ownership of the assets remains with Untold Archives.

Refunds are not offered by default on digital products, with the exceptions set out in the Refund Policy.

Don't misuse the Site: no unauthorized access, content scraping, or redistribution of files, and no use of the assets in projects promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

Products are provided as is, without warranties. They may not satisfy every specific need or function identically across all software versions.

Liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site after an update indicates acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Untold Archives operates.
