By accessing or using untoldarchives.co (the "Site") or purchasing any product from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Untold Archives is a documentary YouTube channel and digital storefront operated as a sole proprietorship. The Site sells digital products including video overlays, sound effects, presets, templates, and scripting templates intended for use by editors and content creators.
All products sold on the Site are digital downloads. Once payment is processed, you will receive a download link via email. Delivery is typically instant; if you don't receive your link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then reach out via the contact page.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Each product is sold under the license described on its product page and detailed in the License Terms. In short: you may use the assets in commercial and personal projects, including monetized videos and paid client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files themselves, and you may not use them as training data for machine learning models.
All content on the Site — including videos, written content, branding, product files, and design — is owned by Untold Archives or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the terms above; it does not transfer ownership.
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are not offered as a default. Exceptions are described in the Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Site or any product. This includes (but is not limited to): attempting to access areas you are not authorized to access, scraping or harvesting content, redistributing purchased files, and using the products in any project that promotes hate, harassment, or illegal activity.
The Site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While I work hard to make sure every product is high-quality and works as described, I can't guarantee they will meet every specific need or be free from technical issues across every editing software version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untold Archives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Untold Archives operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
